Reviews from our RINCON properties;

The best part of Rincon Penthouse Condos is the location! Across the street from the clean & well kept beach and a short walk to the center of town.  We walked the groceries,pharmarcy and lots of restaurants.  Cofressi is a 15 mins. walk & Shipwreck & The Spot are less then 10 mins away via the beach.  We enjoyed looking at some interesting vehicles!.  The 413 really is the road to happiness!!

In general the apartment is great.  The view is wonderful; the treatment when we arrive was first class.  There are many amenities included, we were received with a bottle of Don Q, 2 cokes, laundry detergent, ice, things so we didn’t have to run to the supermarket.  All of the appliances where in great condition.  This is a dream vacation.  I could not have chosen a better place to celebrate my birthday and as surprise I got engaged. We will see you soon again!!.  Thanks for your hospitality.

"Great Caribbean Vacation without the Hassles"

My girlfriends and I (3 ladies of a certain age) loved this beautiful condo looking out at the blue Caribbean. It was centrally located so we could walk to downtown Rincon and to several good restaurants - others were just a short drive - and was just acrossed the street from the beach. The condo was beautifully furnished and had great outdoor spaces - 2 decks and a delightful courtyard with a hot tub. The complex itself had a nice little pool. 

The drive from San Juan was not too difficult (about 3 hours) and it was nice to not hassle with passports, different languages (most everyone speaks English) and currency exchange. The prices were reasonable (as opposed to San Juan where everything was outrageous) and we all felt that Rincon was a good value.

 I would recommend this property to anyone who likes water sports - surfing, snorkeling, diving, fishing, swimming, etc.  and who wants a relaxing location without crowds and the hassles of leaving the country.

  I can't say enough about Jose and this property!  We had such a
wonderful 10-day stay in Rincon.  The Penthouse was beautiful, comfortable,
immaculately clean, large and airy and attractive and loaded with
amenities...plenty of large thirsty beach towels, bath towels and extra sheets and blankets, a well stocked kitchen, ipod home, much much more! 

The rooftop terrace was awesome - with hot tub, lounge chairs, grill,
benches which fold out into a picnic table (we ate dinner up here every
night)outdoor shower, and an additional living space with beautiful
bathroom (loved the shower in here!) and combination living room/kitchen with sleeper sofa and large screen tv.  The view of the ocean was beautiful.

We are a family of 5 and were very comfortable and had plenty of
space!  The pool was very nice with a covered cabana with tables and
grills.  The grounds were attractive and clean and the security gate made us feel secure.  The beach is right across the street with many more
beautiful beaches to explore with a short drive.  Capital Water Sports is
right on the beach a few steps from the penthouse and they were
awesome...got to know them and we went on a snorkeling trip and rented
kayaks...very nice people - Alex was so friendly and helpful and always had a smile and a hello whenever he saw us.  There's a restaurant and ice cream shop also right there on the beach.  We did alot of exploring and
loved Rincon and the area.  (We rented a van for our trip).  One beautiful vista and gorgeous beach after another!  Driving through the mountain roads we found so many great little places...like Banana Dang (don't miss it!!)  Best smoothies I've ever had and a great place.  Desecheo Dive shop.  Tamboo Tavern, where we ate lunch on the beach deck.  Much
more.  Everyone was so nice.  Just a great vibe. 

Jose was wonderful...helpful and there for any little thing we needed and gave us so much helpful advice!  He gave us an awesome map to navigate with and I wanted to bring it home but forgot it so he's mailing it to me.  Such a nice person!  For months before our trip he would answer any questions about Puerto Rico and give tips and advice.  I miss him and the penthouse and the people and Rincon so much!  I wish we could have stayed all Summer!  I won't hesitate to visit again and stay in the penthouse as soon as we can!!  It is always sad when vacation ends but especially such a beautiful one.   My kids didn't complain at all on this trip and did not want to leave.

The penthouse was amazing.  I was able to take spectacular pictures of
sunsets everyday.  The view of Desecheo Island was beautiful.  The
condo was clean and well stocked.  Carmen(the cleaning lady) was there
everytime we needed her, very helpful.   The directions given to the
condo were clear.  I will definetely be contacting Jose in a couple of
years for another vacation.  Loved Rincon.

Thank You Jose, we absolutely loved the penthouse.  It is decorated beautifully.  The upstairs terrace was our favorite part, the views were breath taking and the jacuzzi was a perfect place to relax after we put the baby to sleep.  We look forward to coming back next time we come to Puerto Rico.  PS. We loved the coffee maker and wine cooler, we also left some extra pool toys/floats.  Thanks Again Jose!!!

Edgard was an excellent host and very accomodating.  His tour of the beaches made our vacations! He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to see we had everything we needed.  The condo is in a quiet residential area with great proximity to all of the beaches in Aguadilla and Isabela.  We look forward to returning and would definitely stay with Beachfun Condos again!

Crashboat Villa 12/27/09

"Great vacation place!"

I stayed here a few weeks ago with my mom and sister and our kids.  It was by far the best place we've every stayed in on the island!I'll start with the area.  The neighborhood is a quite one and the condo is very easy to get to.  It is no more then 10 minutes from the airport in Aguadilla . (It's a long drive from San Juan so recommend flying in to Aguadilla)  The beach is a 2 minute drive down the following block and it is by far one of the prettiest beaches in PR.  There are food trucks at this beach and trees for shade as well.  There is a supermarket, pharmacies, bakeries and even a Big Kmart no more than a 5 minute drive away.  We went with our kids so we didn't get a chance to look for any night time activities.

The grounds were immaculate.  Never saw garbage in the parking lot or the pool.  The big pool was always clean.  There is a really shallow pool off to the side which is excellent for babies.  (My one year old could just walk around in it.)  This one was a little harder to keep clean cause it was so close to some trees but it was out of their control.  The sitting area by the pool was amazing.  It was always clean.  There were tables, restrooms and showers.  There were big lounge chairs as well that were great for laying out and just relaxing.  It was all perfect. 

The condo itself was also great.  1st of all the parking spot was directly in front of the walkway that takes you to the front door.  It's a perfect location for people with strollers or wheel chairs.  You don't have to climb any stairs in this whole place.  There is even a ramp to the pool.  The decor was simple and extremely inviting.  The colors were perfect for the ocean view and not clichés.  There are to bedrooms, one king and one queen and then there are two sofa beds in the living area.  One of those sofa beds had a curtain to separate it from the dining area.  The other sofa bed was right next to the dining area.  They also provided me with a playpen and high chair for our baby.  We had 8 ppl in total and we fit perfectly fine.  The couches are nice and the sofa beds are sofa beds.  Not totally comfortable but what can you expect from a sofa bed really.  The kitchen had everything you might need.  There were extra linens and pillows, bath and beach towels and even beach chairs.  The porch is great at night.  Buy some citronella candles for the mosquito's and some corona's and you're good to go!   

This place was great!  I will definitely be coming back.

Somos los que estuvimos en la propiedad de Aguadilla, Palmas (creo que 1) del 14 al 16 de julio.  Estamos sumamente agradecidos y complacidos con el trato que se nos dió y con la propiedad también.  Es difícil encontrar sitios en PR que estén en tan buenas condiciones como las de ustedes. Todo estuvo excelente no nos faltó nada.  Luego estaremos comunicándonos para reservar en Rincón ya que tengo familiares de California que cuando vienen les gusta quedarse en Rincón y sé que una de sus propiedades en la playa será de nuestro agrado también.  Sitios como los de ustedes al igual que los precios son los que nos hacen apoyar el turismo interno.  Les deseamos que sigan teniendo mucho éxito.
